By no means will Falx Aurea disclose your or your company's name, or any other details about our communication, to other Members or third parties without prior consultation.  Equally, we expect full confidentiality from Members with respect to the information we provide about our company, our activities and about the opportunities we bring to a Member's attention. To this end we require new Members to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement which states both parties' obligations.
