Companies engage us as their advisor in business planning and arranging of funding, but also for new market entry and for improvement of their business processes. We apply rigorous qualification criteria and only engage with clients who we believe will succeed. Through our daily work we will be the first to learn about capital requirements of our clients and we have the ambition to be their advisor of choice in raising capital.
Also, we actively investigate and engage in M&A, MBI and MBO opportunities and are able to select those opportunities that meet your profile and investment criteria.
We are therefore always interested to meet investors in ICT companies, to discuss companies with you in our current portfolio, to learn about your profile, your business philosophy, your portfolio and investment criteria. The better we know you, the, higher the quality of leads we will bring.

Through our strengths and track record in business planning, interim management, business transformation and technology procurement, and especially through our international market entry capability Global Partner Ventures we accelerate revenue growth, improve internal efficiency, reduce risk and save costs for our clients. 3. Exits & Divestments
No matter how large the ROI, you will only realise capital gains after a successful exit. Through our contacts in the ICT industry and the investment community, we are able to assist you in divestment of companies in your portfolio, through e.g. a trade sale or by selecting the appropriate new investors.

Whilst we serve clients across the entire spectrum of the ICT industry, Falx Aurea specifically targets the following sectors
- Telecoms (services and hardware)
- Internet applications
- Software
Geographically, we consider UK and Benelux our home territory. However, our client base and investor network are truly global: we work with business partners and clients based in the USA, and in offshoring locations such as Carribean, Eastern Europe and Asia.
Within these sectors, we target two specific segments:
- Growing ICT companies, from pre-revenue to second round/third round financing (equity value €500k - €5M)
- M&A/MBI/MBO opportunities in the range of €5M up to €50M equity value.
