We have built and maintain a high quality network of venture capitalist firms and institutional investors, and have successfully arranged financing for medium size (€500k - €5M) growing ICT companies, and for large size (€100M) MBI transactions.

Falx Aurea are unique in our consultative approach: rather than focusing on the transaction itself (hit-and-run), we cover the entire spectrum  in the funding process and investor selection from business planning to exit. If and when appropriate and desired, Falx Aurea will take a share in your company, and will remain involved after the transaction as business coach and/or shareholder.
